Michael Benoliel, Ed.D. is a seasoned professor of business, a management development trainer and an international business consultant. A talented and energetic speaker, Dr. Benoliel has conducted management development training specializing in effective negotiation, conflict resolution, and leadership behaviors in the United States, Israel, and Uganda.

His track record as a successful negotiator is well-established in developing countries

such as Uganda.  Additionally, he worked with Uganda Customs Services directing leadership and management training for mid-level managers and senior level officials of the Revenue Authority.  For the past 15 years, Benoliel has led corporate and public-sector training for executives and managers in the following areas: conflict management, effective negotiations, team building, leadership skills, and strategic thinking and planning.

He holds a doctorate in Human Resource Development from George Washington University and has taught at the University of Maryland and Johns Hopkins University. A member of the International Association of Conflict Management and Academy of Management, Benoliel lives in Potomac, Maryland.
